Our school offers:

A safe and secure space for children to grow and develop

We have zero tolerance for bullying. At Wisdom Tree, everyone is treated with dignity and respect. The development of positive relationships is the basis for encouraging good behavior and character. This is a fundamental principle of our center.

Small group work

The adult-to-child ratio is very low. There is a maximum of nine children per group. Our teaching and learning activities are planned around cooperative learning strategies. This approach differs from conventional group work because it emphasizes “cooperation” and interdependence. We use Montessori materials, which often lend themselves to group work.

An environment that feels like a second home 

School should feel like a second home—a place where your child feels safe, known, and happy to arrive each morning—not an impersonal system. In a small community, friendships form easily—between children, and between families as well. Children look to the caring adults around them—parents and teachers—for guidance, not just to their peers. These strong bonds create a culture of kindness and respect that helps prevent bullying before it even starts. Together, we foster values that last a lifetime:

We also make room for each child’s inner life. Through mindfulness, gratitude, and a sense of wonder at nature, children become calmer, more thoughtful, and more compassionate. We approach this aspect in a non-denominational way, welcoming families from all backgrounds and of all beliefs. During these early years, children draw on the physical world to explore and expand their inner worlds, gradually becoming the thoughtful and well-balanced individuals our future needs.

Through our secure online family platform, you can follow your child’s learning progress throughout the year. Photos of their work—a first Montessori exercise, a science experiment, a painting, a clay sculpture—gradually build up into a portfolio that you can browse through together and keep as a memento of their journey.

You’ll also find clear, detailed information there about your child’s progress and assessments: where they are in the curriculum, what they’re doing well, and what they’ll be working on next. The observations our teachers make behind the scenes become something you can share.

Important conversations become easier—at home, where you can celebrate your child’s work and discuss it with them, and with teachers, whenever you want to highlight a strength or an area that needs support.
